We are looking to hire a Dental Receptionist to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendar
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
• Verify insurance coverage
• Process payments
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
• Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

• No previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
