Solo Employed ENT Position in Alabama Located in Andalusia, AL - 90 Minutes to: Pensacola, FL and Fort Walton Beach; 2 hrs 40 min. to Birmingham, ALRecruitment Package may include:

• Employed position in our multi-specialty clinic
• There are two independent ENTs affiliated with us, but both are nearing retirement.
• Comp is in MGMA-median range and above (for an experienced candidate)
• Productivity bonus quarterly based on wRVUs
• $40K+ bonus (negotiable)
• Student loan assistance, if needed
• $5K CME/5 days annually
• Robust benefits
• 25 days holiday/vacation annually (not including weekends)
• 10 days call monthly, but if they want more, pay for any days above 10
