Job DescriptionJob Description Summary:As a core member of the Intelligence Operations Center (IOC) within the broader Resiliency Center, the Senior Intelligence Analyst applies rigorous analytical tradecraft to identify, assess, and forecast security risks that could impact our Company’s people, assets, and operations. While intelligence analysis is the foundational function of this role, the successful candidate will be assigned to rotating portfolios based on dynamic business needs. These portfolios encompass analyzing complex geopolitical developments (such as political instability and regional conflicts), protective intelligence, insider risk, and a wide range of issues impacting the safety of our employees, facilities, and other assets. By transforming raw data from various threat streams into clear, actionable insights, this agile analyst empowers business leaders to make informed decisions and ensure our Company operates safely across the globe.Primary Activities & Responsibilities:Continuously monitor and analyze global geopolitical events, emerging security threats, and other assigned topical or regional portfolios (e.g., counterintelligence, insider risk) to assess their potential impact on our Company.Flexibly adapt to and manage rotating intelligence accounts, developing deep subject matter expertise across various threat vectors to support evolving operational needs.Draft and present high-fidelity intelligence products—including tactical flash alerts, deep-dive strategic assessments, and threat horizon forecasts—tailored for global security leadership and enterprise stakeholders.Leverage Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), specialized threat platforms, and internal data sets to identify early indicators of physical security, operational, geopolitical, or reputational risk.Provide dedicated analytical support to the Resiliency Center’s 24/7 watch desk and incident management teams during emerging global crises or targeted threat escalations.Partner cross-functionally with legal, human resources, cybersecurity, and regional security teams to deliver tailored intelligence support that enables safe, uninterrupted business operations.Perform other duties as assigned or as required based on the evolving needs of our Company.Qualifications:Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required.At least 7 years of experience in intelligence analysis, geopolitical risk assessment, or threat monitoring within a corporate, government, military, or specialized consulting environment.Experience producing analytical reports and briefings for leadership.Experience conducting OSINT investigations and analysis.Preferred QualificationsExperience working within a global enterprise environment.Specific experience in one or more intelligence disciplines (e.g., geopolitical risk, insider risk, counterintelligence, protective intelligence).Foreign language proficiency.Skills & Competencies:Strong foundational mastery of intelligence tradecraft, structured analytical techniques, and objective reporting standards.High adaptability and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to rapidly learn and pivot across distinct subject matter portfolios.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Highly collaborative team player with a strong focus on proactively enabling business continuity.Physical & Operational Requirements:Able to travel globally as required.Flexibility to work nonstandard hours based on operational needs and emerging global events.Required Skills: Analytical Analysis, Analytical Analysis, Analytical Reports, Business Analysis, Business Insights, Counterintelligence, Counterintelligence Investigations, Crisis Management, Cross-Cultural Awareness, Customer Service Leadership, Cyber Investigations, Cyber Threat Hunting, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Data Analysis, Executive Protection, Incident Management, Insider Threat Mitigation, Intelligence Analysis, Intelligence Collection, Intelligence Operations, Open Source Intelligence, Physical Security, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Intelligence, Security Intelligence {+ 10 more}Preferred Skills: Current Employees apply HERECurrent Contingent Workers apply HEREUS and Puerto Rico Residents Only:Our company is committed to inclusion, ensuring that candidates can engage in a hiring process that exhibits their true capabilities.
