Minimum Requirements
Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
1+ year experience

13-week assignment
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
40 hours total per week
