Warehouse Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, saws, and other warehouse equipment.
• Measure and cut materials to required specifications.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Receive, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Prepare shipping documents and update inventory systems.
• Inspect materials for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience.
• Forklift certification or previous forklift experience.
• Material cutting or carpentry experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar inventory systems preferred.
• Basic computer, math, and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must meet applicable export-control eligibility requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable operating warehouse machinery and wearing required PPE.
