Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Shipping & Receiving CoordinatorWe are hiring an experienced Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for a busy manufacturing facility in Chino. The ideal Shipping & Receiving Coordinator has hands-on experience with freight, inventory, shipping documentation, and day-to-day warehouse logistics.Shipping & Receiving Coordinator ResponsibilitiesCoordinate incoming and outgoing shipmentsSchedule LTL, FTL, parcel, and other freight carriersPrepare and review BOLs, packing slips, shipping labels, and freight paperworkTrack shipments and follow up on delivery statusMaintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving recordsResearch shortages, overages, damages, and inventory discrepanciesObtain freight quotes and coordinate transportationCommunicate with carriers, customers, vendors, and internal departmentsAssist with freight claims and delivery issuesHelp coordinate daily shipping and receiving workloadSupport warehouse safety and organizationShipping & Receiving Coordinator Requirements3+ years of shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse experienceExperience with freight carriers and shipping documentationKnowledge of BOLs, LTL and FTL shipmentsStrong inventory and order-tracking skillsERP system experience preferredProficient with Excel, Outlook, and WordStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.
