Charge Nurse Part Time RN/LPN

Park Lane Nursing Home is a non-profit 54-bed Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care Facility serving Scott City, Kansas. Additionally, our campus, Park Lane Senior Living, boasts 20 Independent Living Apartments and 11 Residential Healthcare Apartments. Hours: 12-hr Shifts

Available Shifts: Day Shift

Job Responsibilities:

Administers and documents medication, treatment, and procedures in accordance with physician orders and the resident plan of care
Routinely performs rounds to verify residents are in a safe and comfortable environment and receiving planned care
Supervises, assigns and assists in the nursing activities of the direct care staff.

Job Qualifications and Skills:

Current registration as an RN or LPN
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and make sound nursing decisions within scope of practice
Possess leadership skills
