About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) / EOS Integrator to work closely with the CEO in leading and managing the organization's day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be tasked with aligning teams, improving systems, and ensuring the execution of company goals. This role requires a highly organized, data-driven individual with a strong operational background, particularly in the implementation or management of businesses using the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework. Key responsibilities include creating structure, building leaders, and driving operational performance to help scale the company. Applicants for the COO / EOS Integrator position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in operations leadership and a proven track record of scaling teams and operational systems. Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build and improve operational systems, SOPs, and workflows. The role demands a candidate who is process-oriented, systems-minded, and can thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. A background in home services, field service, construction, or related industries is preferred, along with experience in operational reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will be highly accountable, execution-focused, and obsessed with organization, efficiency, and performance.
