The work setting is a climate-controlled office environment conducive to daily interactions among team members and other healthcare providers. Although the majority of the role is remote, you will also have opportunities to engage directly with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to optimizing patient outcomes. • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including diagnosis and evaluation of patients' mental health status, using tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) to create individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement therapeutic interventions, continually assessing patient progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment regimens.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, reports, and clinical data, ensuring compliance with regulatory and departmental standards.
• Facilitate collaboration with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers to develop holistic treatment plans that incorporate cultural diversity and specific needs.
• Coordinate referrals and act as a liaison between patients and external treatment services, fostering strong relationships with clinicians and community organizations.
• Provide education, mentorship, and supervision to interns and students, contributing to the professional growth of future social workers.
• Engage in peer reviews, clinical collaboration, and chart audits as directed by clinical supervisors, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

This role primarily focuses on supporting individuals and families facing the emotional and psychological challenges associated with cancer. The LCSW will employ compassionate communication and therapeutic techniques to address the complex needs of this unique patient population, striving to enhance their overall well-being and mental health while navigating the healthcare system.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• Previous experience in an outpatient therapy setting, particularly working with oncology patients or chronic illness.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and patient-centered care approaches.
• Experience with documentation and treatment planning software tools.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, recognizing your expertise and contribution to our mission. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
