Job Description Milwaukee Tool is hiring crew members who can start next week. The position is based in Cookeville, TN. Schedule Work 3 days a week on the "Weekend Warrior" schedule (Thursday through Saturday). Typical weekday shift: 5:45 am–6:15 pm. Night shift: 5:45 pm–6:15 am. Employees receive one week of paid time off after their first week of work. Responsibilities Perform general force‑move and material handling tasks, including lifting up to 35 lbs. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Dress Code Shirts or t‑shirts must have sleeves and be without holes or rips. Pants must be without holes or rips. No profane or suggestive text or images. Closed‑toe, non‑slip footwear required. Compensation & Benefits Pay starts at $15/hour for weekdays and $16/hour for nights, with progressive pay incentives, referral bonuses and health coverage available upon transition to full employment. Employees receive weekly pay on Fridays. Additional benefits include medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D and life insurance, short‑term disability, and a 401(k) plan (subject to eligibility).
