In this Credit Control Specialist role at FARO CREAFORM in Lake Mary, FL, you will be responsible for collections, cash applications and Accounts Receivable accuracy. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and values structure, accuracy and customer communication. Our Finance team at FARO CREAFORM is collaborative, process-driven and committed to excellence. As a Credit Control Specialist in Lake Mary, you will play a key role in protecting cash flow while maintaining strong customer relationships. The salary range for the position is $45,000 - $65,000.

How will you make a difference @FARO CREAFORM:

• Own collections and DSO management for assigned US and Canada accounts.
• Execute daily collection activities and follow-ups.
• Coordinating portal submissions of invoices.
• Supporting credit control related activities.
• Maintain clean, accurate and reconciled Accounts Receivable balances.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and unapplied cash.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and support dispute resolution.
• Support billing, invoicing and credit memo processing for AMERICAS.
• Ensure GAAP and SOX compliance across AR and collections activities.
• Document collection actions and maintain complete audit-ready records.

You Have:

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree or equivalent experience a plus.
• 35 years of experience in Collections.
• 23 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and cash application.
• SAP experience.
• Proactive and ready to go an extra mile.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Ability to manage high transaction volumes with accuracy and consistency.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
• Professional fluency in English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.
• Manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred.
