Match Staffing is seeking a Production & Safety Documentation Coordinator to support warehouse and production operations in Spartanburg, SC. This role focuses on accurate production logging, MSDS documentation, OSHA recordkeeping, and general administrative support. Ideal candidates are detaildriven, organized, and comfortable working in a fastpaced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Data Logging — Record daily production output, maintain logs, and support reporting accuracy.

• MSDS/SDS Management — Maintain updated Material Safety Data Sheets and ensure accessibility for all employees.

• OSHA Compliance Records — Maintain safety documentation, incident logs, and regulatory records.

• Inventory Documentation — Assist with cycle counts, data entry, and inventory reconciliation.

• Administrative Support — Perform filing, scheduling, communication, and general office tasks.

• Reporting Support — Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety documentation.

• Familiarity with MSDS/SDS requirements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with warehouse and production teams.

Work Environment

This position is onsite in a warehouse/production facility in Spartanburg, SC, with regular interaction across operations and occasional time on the production floor.
