About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Medical Strategy Director to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to make healthcare more human and impactful. The successful candidate will be a scientific storyteller, turning data into direction and evidence into inspiration, and will lead medical strategy across various brands and therapeutic areas. A deep understanding of promotional healthcare communications and significant experience in pharmaceutical and biotech advertising is essential. The role demands a strategic leader who can define scientific narratives, identify strategic opportunities, and ensure the work is not only accurate but also unforgettable. The VP, Medical Strategy Director will be a trusted client advisor, a quality champion, and an inspiring teacher, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent. Applicants for this position at the company should have an advanced scientific degree and at least 10 years' experience in related healthcare marketing environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rare disease, oncology, immunology, neuroscience, infectious disease, or specialty care categories, and experience in new business pitches and agency growth initiatives.
