A Cleaner World is a leading dry cleaning company dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and innovative solutions. As a Customer Service Representative and back-up delivery driver, you will play a key role in ensuring customers have a positive experience with every interaction. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your contributions are valued. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email, ensuring a welcoming and helpful experience
- Provide information about products and services, helping customers choose the best solutions for their needs
- Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Drive the company van to deliver orders to customers’ homes as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required
Compensation
Competitive salary offered, from $13/hr.
