Finance Manager

President and CFO of Dare Holding About the Role Dare Auto, Inc., an automotive company based in Plymouth, Michigan, is seeking an experienced, hands-on Finance Manager to lead the company’s finance operations while overseeing select office management functions. This is a high-ownership role reporting directly to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Oversee accounting operations, monthly and annual close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and management reporting Maintain effective internal controls and support compliance with applicable accounting, tax, audit, and corporate requirements Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders Support the supervision and development of the finance and accounting team Handle office administration duties as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred Solid full-cycle finance experience (close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management) Working knowledge of U.S. and Michigan accounting, tax, audit, and compliance requirements Experience establishing and maintaining internal controls Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently; team leadership/development experience a plus Automotive or manufacturing finance experience preferred Dare Auto, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
