Securitas also offers a full benefits package that includes:Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance10 accrued vacation days, 4 floating holidays, and 6 sick days401(k)The compensation range may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, and applicable skills.As a Regional Security Specialist (Regional Account Manager), you will be responsible for the seamless management of guard service operations and security-related functions for a key client based in Abilene, TX. You will foster client satisfaction, resolve conflicts, and oversee operational aspects including scheduling, staffing, billing, training, and compliance. You will often operate independently in the field, making decisions that protect both the client and Securitas, while recognizing when issues need to be escalated.This position plays a key role in supporting client operations in Abilene, TX by leading day-to-day security service delivery, ensuring service quality and compliance, and managing financial and operational performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on security leader with strong business acumen, who builds trusted client relationships, maintains strong situational awareness of frontline operations, and drives continuous improvement across the account.An ideal candidate brings a service-first mindset, clear communication skills, strong attention to detail, and sound judgment when approaching challenges. You operate independently in the field, know when and how to escalate issues, and make decisions that protect both the client and Securitas. You maintain strong situational awareness of what is happening with the teams on the ground and can balance client expectations, operational realities, and financial performance in a fast-paced environment.
