Quick Facts: Location: Russellville, AR (1808 West Main Street) Start Date: 01/01/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing/As agreed Shift: Clinic 4 days/week, 8 am – 4 pm; Call 1:4; Weekend coverage Fri 8 am – Mon 8 am Hours/week: Approximately 40 hours/week Employment Type: Contract/Temp Licensure/Certs: Arkansas Medical License, PALS, Fetal Monitoring Certification Experience: Prior OB-GYN practice experience preferred Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (plus incentives, reimbursements, etc.) Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay with weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable What You’ll Do: Provide OB-GYN outpatient clinic services for routine and specialized care Manage overnight and weekend call coverage in accordance with schedule (1:4 rotation) Assist with labor and fetal monitoring, including on-site NSTs and ultrasounds Collaborate with nurse practitioners and in-house lab personnel Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and certifications Support patient education and coordinate care efficiently What You Need: Valid Arkansas medical license and board certification in OB-GYN PALS and fetal monitoring certifications (must have) At least 2 years of OB-GYN clinical experience Strong communication and patient management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the Assignment: This opportunity is at a trusted facility in Russellville, dedicated to providing high-quality women’s health services.
