Title: Senior Business Analyst Location: Washington, DC Duration: 1+ Year's Rate: $Market/Hr Job Description:- This position collects and organizes software requirements as well as interfaces with business process owners ensuring resulting software is useful and solves a specific Farm Service Agency business need. Visual Source Safe (VSS) and Subversion ? Skill required Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio ? Skill required Rational ClearQuest or IBM Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) ? Skill preferred Experience designing UML or other Business diagrams ? Skill Required Strong experience writing use cases ? Skill required Strong understanding of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) ? Skill required Exceptional oral communication and writing skills ? Skill required Strong analytic experience in a business or financial environment ? Skill required Extensive experience writing software requirements documentation ?
