Bilingual Associate Attorney

In response to the continued growth of our immigration practice, Fong Ilagan is seeking a full-time Bilingual Associate Attorney to join our team. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Immigration Law. This position presents a unique opportunity to join a dynamic practice with a multicultural team. Candidates should be highly organized, dependable, and diligent, with the ability to work effectively with limited supervision and contribute collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities All matters pertaining to Immigration law, including but not limited to: Develop and implement case strategy Motions to Reopen/Reconsider Family based immigration Employment based immigration & NIV (H-1B, L-1, E-2, TN, O-1) Research immigration law and procedures Qualifications and requirements Licensed and in good standing to practice immigration law Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred Strong understanding of Immigration law and regulations Minimum 1-2 years of Family-based Immigration; Asylum and Removal of Defense; Business Immigration experience is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and client management skills; bilingual English and Spanish required Strong organization and research skills with attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset with a willingness to work with a supportive team What We Offer Competitive compensation A flexible and supportive work environment Opportunities for professional growth and career development The chance to make a real difference in the lives of clients facing immigration challenges #J-18808-Ljbffr
