General Manager - Residential Design-Build Sales & Operations

Neil Kelly is seeking a proven, values-driven leader to serve as General Manager of our Eugene / Springfield operation. After years of strong leadership, our current GM is preparing for retirement, creating a rare opportunity for the right leader to build on an extraordinary legacy and guide the next phase of growth.

This is a P&L leadership position with full responsibility for driving revenue growth, sales performance, production operations, team development, and overall market leadership. The GM reports directly to the CEO and serves on the Senior Leadership Team. This role works in close partnership with the company's VP of Sales and VP of Operations to align market strategy, production performance, and organizational goals. The ideal candidate understands how to grow a market through strong leadership, exceptional client experience, community presence, and sales team development.

What You Will Own

As General Manager, you are accountable for the overall health and performance of the Eugene / Springfield operation, including leadership of a team of approximately 25 employees across design, project management, handyman services, and field production.

You will:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of designers, project managers, and field professionals
• Lead business development efforts, own sales strategy, and drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability
• Manage and deliver against an annual operating budget
• Oversee production excellence, scheduling, and job cost performance
• Coach and support sales performance by developing a culture of responsiveness, accountability, and exceptional client service
• Ensure exceptional client experience from first conversation through final walkthrough
• Recruit, hire, and develop future leaders
• Represent Neil Kelly in the Eugene / Springfield community
• Contribute as a strategic member of the company's Senior Leadership Team
• Champion and reinforce Neil Kelly's policies, systems, and operational standards while coaching teams to consistently execute them

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role serving the Eugene / Springfield metro area. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Eugene/Springfield metro or be willing to relocate by their start date.
