Senior Accountant
Cohen Search Group (CSG)
A well-capitalized private real estate lender is seeking a Senior Accountant for its South Florida office in the Hollywood / Aventura area.
The role reports directly to the CFO and focuses on loan-level accounting and reconciliations, month-end close, financial statement preparation, investor and lender reporting, and managing the annual audit and tax process. Candidates should have roughly 3-5 years of experience at a Big 4 or other large CPA firm.
The firm has a strong track record, an active and growing loan book, and offers a small, stable team with direct exposure to the senior executives and significant growth potential.
