We are looking for an Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist - DC&N CTO to join CTO IP&S team working in Huntington Beach CA; Long Beach CA or Seattle WA.

Position Responsibilities:
Leads a team of schedulers based on program priorities
Oversees integration of multiple schedules and manages key handoffs
Oversees develops coordinates integrates analyzes and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards
Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend variance impact) determines scope reports and oversight of planning requests
Identifies risk and opportunity potential develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules
Consults and recommends integrated planning scheduling change and baseline management processes techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry
Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders
Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division Business Unit and/or Enterprise levels

Required Skills:
This position requires an active U.S. Secret (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Ability to obtain Special Program Access
Experience working with cross-functional teams across different geographic locations & time-zones
Experience working with program managers to develop & manager project schedule baselines
Experienced in managing complex integrated schedules earned value management system (EVMS) using scheduling tools (ex. OPP MS Project or Milestone Professional)
Experience with managing and analyzing resource loaded schedules
Experience integrating complex project schedules

Preferred Skills:
10 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Agile / JIRA experience
Experience with early development programs and proposal scheduling

Education:
Bachelors degree and typically 10 or more years related work experience a Masters degree and typically 8 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
