Job Title Healthcare Technical Consultant 2 (CCNA Required) – Based in Phoenix, AZ Job Description Allow your passion for improving lives to shine in this role where you’ll be responsible for customer relationship management through the effective application of technical knowledge to install, implement, service, test, and troubleshoot complex solutions on IT networks to ensure a high quality of service and real‑time patient data delivery. Your role Provide technical recommendations aligned with customer requirements, support transition to a customer‑solutions focused operating model, and drive continuous improvement of implementation methodology and service offerings. Actively participate as a member of the regional work team, collaborating with internal and external resources, including clinical, sales, and service partners to coordinate project resources and tasks. Perform all administrative duties within established regulatory requirements and timeframes, including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, and documentation. Install complex, multi‑phased systems of IT infrastructure and patient monitoring equipment in clinical and non‑clinical environments, provide technical review of system configuration, and diagnose and resolve electronic, networking, and mechanical problems. Ensure approximately 50% travel across Phoenix, AZ, including 1‑4 hour daily driving and occasional overnight stays or travel by air or train as required. Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in IT technologies or electronics, preferably in a hospital‑based service environment; experience with patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators highly preferred. Network configuration and/or troubleshooting experience; must hold Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Biomedical, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements as listed in the Field Service position. US work authorization required; sponsorship not offered. Must reside in or within commuting distance to Phoenix, AZ. Ability to work in office/home office or remote settings, and in hospital/healthcare environments; work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on‑call rotations; and wear required personal protective equipment. Compensation and Benefits Hourly pay range in AZ: $35.00–$54.00, plus overtime eligible. Additional incentives include field service incentive bonus plans and on‑call pay.
