Traveling Nuclear Medicine Tech

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team where you'll be responsible for preparing and administering radioactive drugs and operate radiation detection and imaging equipment.

Minimum Requirements

• An associate or bachelor's degree in nuclear medicine technology
• State license and certification to practice nuclear medicine
• BLS certification
• 2 years' experience as a nuclear med tech
• Must hold both a Nuclear Medicine and CT credential
• Nuclear Medicine credential: ARRT(N) or CNMT
• CT credential: ARRT(CT), NMTCB(CT), or R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT)
• R.T.(N)(CT)(ARRT) accepted in place of separate Nuclear Medicine and CT credentials
• Experience with a range of nuclear medicine exams, from diagnostic to therapeutic studies
• Experience with GE and Philips NM cameras

Assignment Details

• 4x10-hour schedule
• 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Weekend requirement: Every 3rd weekend
• Holiday requirement: Every 3rd holiday
• On-call requirement: None
