Anesthesiology Physician

US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is seeking partner-track physicians for their Arlington Division, with opportunities for both independent practice and care team leadership, or employment with fixed salary and hours. The role involves covering multiple hospitals and surgery centers in the Arlington/Mansfield area, with a diverse case mix including a significant orthopedic practice and OB coverage. Practice Info Covers several hospitals and surgery centers in the Arlington/Mansfield area, primarily Methodist Mansfield Hospital, USMD Arlington Hospital, and Baylor Orthopedic and Spine Hospital. Offers a wide variety of cases, including OB coverage at 3 hospitals with an average of 150-200 deliveries per month. Features a heavy orthopedic practice. Has a separate CT/thoracic call team, so no hearts/lungs required. Pediatric cases are available but not required. Physician-owned-and-led local anesthesia practice backed by nationwide support. Responsibilities Perform most of your own cases with a minor component of care team leadership (for partner-track). Provide anesthesia care for a wide variety of cases, including OB and orthopedic procedures. Compensation Highly competitive salary. Sign on bonus. Case Variety. Quarterly Profit-Sharing.
