The Opportunity

• Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - PRN (As Needed)
• Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour
• Shifts Available: AM, PM, and NOC
• Location: St. Francis Healthcare Center

What We're Looking For

We're seeking nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and thrive in a collaborative healthcare environment.

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Accurately document resident care and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the highest quality outcomes.
• Deliver excellent communication during shift reports and throughout the care team.
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to resident safety.

Qualifications

• Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License required.
• Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.
