Education & Experience Required:
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineers with hands-on experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years' experience required.
- Master's / PhD degrees could allow for 3+ years' experience.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient with CAD tools.
- Ability to read prints and electrical schematics.
- Document issues and assist in identifying root cause.
- Previous product development experience (design, validation/test, or analysis).
- Previous design or test experience related to battery system development.
- Previous design or test experience with off-road equipment.
Soft Skills:
- Safely work with battery systems.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to clearly understand and document tasks, findings, and issues through verbal and written communications.
- Ability to creatively solve problems with minimal direction from work director
