What You'll Do

• Develop and grow referral relationships within the healthcare community across designated territory
• Prospect, present, and close new accounts while nurturing existing partnerships
• Conduct in-person visits to healthcare providers and referral sources
• Educate partners on a broad range of home medical equipment including ventilators, oxygen therapy, sleep therapy, wound care, and diabetic solutions
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support service delivery
• Maintain detailed activity logs and pipeline management using CRM tools
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all customer interactions

What You Need

• Required:
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or sales
• Prior B2B or healthcare sales experience
• Familiarity with oxygen, CPAP, ventilators, wound care, diabetic supplies
• CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management
• Leadership experience in sales or healthcare
