We are looking for an experienced, Full-Time Hair Stylist with some Management Background to help lead our team. - Deliver full-service hair care, including expert cutting, styling, advanced color, chemical services, and perms.
- Manage client flow efficiently, ensuring appointments and walk-ins receive timely, high-quality care.
- Stay inspired and up to date with the latest industry trends and cosmetology trends.
- Maintain pristine personal station and assist with overall salon cleanliness.
- Assist with front desk operations, including client check-ins, payment processing, and opening/closing procedures.
- Foster a positive, energetic, and collaborative salon culture.
- Support daily operations, including inventory control, retail merchandising, and schedule preparation.
- Address customer inquiries/concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and motivate fellow stylists to achieve their personal and salon goals.
- Weekend work required.
- Licensure: Active Nevada Cosmetology License (Required).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience as a full-service stylist with proven mastery of expert cutting, styling, advanced color, chemical services, and perms.
- Leadership: Strong communication and team-building skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with salon POS systems (Zenoti a plus), cash handling, administrative tasks, and social media posting.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of retail sales strategies and inventory management.
