In-Store Selling Manager

As an In-Store Selling Manager, you'll lead the Store's Connections Selling Team to provide superior customer service, while maintaining the Department on a daily basis. Key responsibilities include management and training, sales, and food safety/sanitation. The role requires experience in event coordination, demonstrations, selling, customer service, culinary arts, inventory management, and team leadership. Qualifications include knowledge of H-E-B systems, catering, food presentation, large scale cooking, and advanced customer service, merchandising, and communication skills. Physical demands include working in a fast-paced retail environment, safely maneuvering around mechanical parts, and the ability to lift 25 lbs and manage more than 25 lbs.
