Maintenance Technician/Handyman

SV Maintenance is a fast-growing maintenance company that works hand in hand with property management companies.Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills and experience in general maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep. You will be responsible for ensuring all equipment, systems, and facilities remain in excellent working condition.ResponsibilitiesPerform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needsEnsure all work complies with safety regulations and company standardsMaintain accurate records of maintenance work and materials usedAssist with special projects, renovations, and preventive maintenanceQualificationsProven experience as a maintenance technician, handyman, or in a similar roleKnowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentryAbility to use hand and power tools safely and effectivelyStrong troubleshooting and time management skillsValid driver’s license and reliable transportation (car insurance must be valid)They will need their own power tools.High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certifications a plus)Bilingual Spanish/English)BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceGas allowance401 k planHolidays paidOpportunities for growth and trainingPay Rate$20-$23 per hour, depending on experience
