Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 30 hours per week

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and support to individuals in a healthcare setting
• Monitor patient health status and report any changes
• Assist with daily living activities as needed
• Document patient care and progress
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care

Compliance / Notes

• Background checks and drug screens may be required
• Adherence to dress code policies is expected
