Loan Servicing Senior Associate

Your key responsibilities are to deliver white glove service and honor the FSG Principles while:

• Provide end-to-end loan administration and middle-office services for private fund clients, supporting the full lifecycle of private credit and loan investments 
• Review credit agreements and establish and maintain loan records in Hazeltree, including key terms, rates, payment terms, maturities, and other required data 
• Process loan activity (including drawdowns, paydowns, restructurings, rate resets, defaults, and amendments) 
• Monitor and reconcile principal, interest, fees, funding, and other loan and cash activity; prepare payoff calculations and resolve payment or cash exceptions
• Coordinate loan transactions and money movements with clients, fund administrators, and other stakeholders 
• Prepare recurring loan portfolio and valuation reporting, including weekly and other client-required reporting  
• Maintain complete loan documentation and system records, resolve data and documentation discrepancies, and support audits, client/investor requests, and other operational needs

Our requirements for you as an applicant are simple:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in loan administration, private credit, treasury, fund administration, banking, custodial operations, private funds, or Registered Investment Advisors
• Familiarity with private credit, loan documentation, loan servicing, or investment operations preferred
• Experience with Sentry, Hazeltree, or another loan administration platform is a plus
• Strong ability to interpret financial and transaction documentation and accurately capture key data points
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment 
• Impeccable attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve cash, data, and documentation discrepancies
• Team-oriented with a persistent work ethic and willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Base salary commensurate with experience and success: The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $85,000
• Quarterly bonus that offers unlimited potential growth - 1/3 rd of our profits (no matter how much) are shared with our team in bonuses each quarter

We are primarily a remote work company, but some of the training for this role may be best delivered in-person leveraging client sites or local coworking locations. Our clients also ask us to provide on-site support from time-to-time. In the interview process, we can outline expectations about what, if any, in-person training or support time is expected to be required for this role.
