As a Customer Support Representative, you'll help make that happen by serving as a central point of coordination between customers, dealerships, legal counsel, and internal teams.

In this role, you'll guide customer concerns from initial contact through resolution, ensuring timely communication, accurate documentation, and effective follow-up every step of the way. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, dealership support, and continuous improvement efforts across the organization.

Location: Lithia Home Office - Medford

Target Hiring Range: $20.00-$23.00/hr

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and dealership teams, driving issues toward timely resolution.
• Respond to customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first approach, providing clear updates at each step.
• Document interactions, case details, and outcomes in Salesforce, tracking trends to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with dealership leadership, legal counsel, and internal departments to gather information and complete resolution documentation.
• Monitor open cases to ensure customers receive consistent follow-up until resolution.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, call center, administrative, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing customer concerns through to resolution.
• Experience providing detailed troubleshooting and resolutions to users while maintaining priorities in an organized manner.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Experience with Salesforce, CRM, or case management platforms is a plus.

Total Rewards

At Lithia & Driveway, we believe in pay transparency. The full compensation range for this position is $19.25-$28.85/hr, reflecting the earning potential and growth opportunities available within the role. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Final pay decisions are made through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
