We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Woodlake at Tolland, a short and long-term care facility located in Tolland, Connecticut. As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and providing exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of nurses and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents

• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery

• Provide direct patient care and supervise other nurses and caregivers as needed

• Monitor and maintain accurate records and documentation

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and inventory management

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Valid CT RN license in good standing

• Previous experience in a SNF setting is strongly preferred

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

• Physical and mental stamina to perform job duties
