Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric or school-aged individuals.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students, including evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and parents to maximize student achievement and progress.
• Maintain accurate, timely records of student performance, goals, and outcomes.
• Participate in meetings, professional development sessions, and interdisciplinary planning to support the success of all learners.
