CareCore at Gaymont is seeking a dedicated and motivated  Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the clinical leadership team at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Norwalk, Ohio. 

Responsibilities

• Assist the DON in overseeing daily nursing operations

• Support staff development, training, and performance management

• Help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Participate in infection control, QA, and clinical audits

• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and coverage as needed

• Provide guidance and support to RNs, LPNs, and STNAs

• Step in for the DON in their absence

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Ohio

• Previous leadership experience in long-term care preferred

• Strong understanding of LTC regulations and survey process

• Experience with PointClickCare preferred

• Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills
