Job Description

Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are currently looking for empathetic and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidates excel in dynamic healthcare settings, providing valuable assistance in hospitals and healthcare facilities alongside a team of dedicated professionals.

Salary: $20 - $22 per hour
Work Schedule: Flexible based on facility requirements
Hours: Day, evening, night, and weekend shifts are available
Work Environment: Hospitals and healthcare facilities
Assignment Duration: Varies depending on assignment

Key Responsibilities:
Helping patients with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and moving
Documenting vital signs and patient observations accurately
Aiding in patient transfers, positioning, and movement
Delivering compassionate care while prioritizing patient comfort and safety
Effectively communicating with patients, families, and colleagues

Qualifications:

Active CNA certification
Prior experience in a hospital or acute-care setting
Current BLS/CPR certification
Ability to fulfill facility-specific credentialing criteria
Excellent communication skills and reliability

Preferred:

Recent experience in hospital or acute-care environments
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
Skills in patient transport and bedside care
Experience working with diverse patient populations
Fluency in Spanish and English
