We're looking for a Patient Engagement & Sales Coordinator who is passionate about building relationships, creating exceptional experiences, and confidently educating patients about the products, services, and memberships that can help them reach their health goals.

This is not a typical front desk position.

If you enjoy meeting new people, naturally strike up conversations, love helping others find solutions, and are energized by a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Every day is different, but you can expect to:

• Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
• Build relationships that make patients feel known, valued, and excited to return.
• Educate patients about James Clinic memberships, services, supplements, and wellness offerings.
• Listen to patients' goals and help connect them with solutions that meet their needs.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits.
• Answer phones, emails, and patient questions with confidence and compassion.
• Process purchases and maintain accurate patient information.
• Collaborate closely with providers, nurses, and other team members to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Keep the front office organized, professional, and welcoming.
• Help patients navigate their care while creating a five-star experience from beginning to end.

Clinic hours

Monday-Friday: 8-5 

We can be flexible in scheduling, but consistent attendance is non-negotiable. 

Requirements:

Who You Are

We're looking for someone who:

• Loves talking with people and making meaningful connections.
• Has a naturally positive, energetic personality.
• Is confident discussing products and services because they genuinely enjoy helping others—not because they like "selling."
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can easily juggle multiple priorities.
• Has outstanding communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Takes initiative and looks for ways to improve the patient experience without being asked.
• Enjoys working as part of a collaborative, supportive team.

Experience We'd Love to See

Experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred:

• Consultative or relationship-based sales
• Customer service
• Hospitality
• Concierge services
• Medical reception
• Wellness or fitness industry
• Retail leadership
• Aesthetic or med spa environments

Healthcare experience is helpful but not required. We can teach healthcare. We can't teach someone to genuinely love serving people.
