Registered Nurse

Balmoral Nursing Home is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team. RNs play a vital role in delivering quality resident care, supporting interdisciplinary teams, and promoting a safe, respectful, and resident-centered healthcare environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Monitoring, assessing, and documenting resident conditions
• Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
• Responding appropriately to changes in resident condition
• Supervising and supporting nursing assistants and nursing staff
• Collaborating with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams
• Assisting with care planning, assessments, and resident care coordination
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
• Supporting resident safety, dignity, and quality of care
• Maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and facility procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Current RN license
• CPR/BLS Certification preferred
• Previous nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to resident care
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to resident-centered care and quality outcomes
• Ability to meet standard health and background requirements
