Physical Therapist
Physical Therapist for a local travel assignment in South of San Jose, CA. Provides individualized treatment plans, evidence-based practices, and education to patients and families. Supports multidisciplinary care while maintaining compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Plan and implement evidence-based interventions to restore function
- Implement therapeutic techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and prevention strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other therapists to ensure quality care
- Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current California PT License
- BLS Certification
Preferred Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
