Join a dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of advanced packaging machinery. This position involves performing regular inspections, repairs, and adjustments, while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections, repairs, and adjustments on packaging machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills.
• Maintain accurate equipment history and maintenance documentation.
• Uphold safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Support smooth changeovers by setting up and adjusting packaging machinery for new product runs.
• Perform line clearances and prepare production lines for startup.
• Conduct equipment tests to verify performance and product quality.
• Support spare parts inventory management.
• Work with procurement to order parts and supplies as needed.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Regular bending, squatting, standing, climbing, and handling objects.
• Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Professional Certificates/Associate's Degree Preferred but not required.
• Technical skills gained through education or hands-on experience.
• Familiarity with cGMP and safety principles (training provided if not completed).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
