Position Overview

UW Medicine Primary Care, in conjunction with the Division of General Internal Medicine, is hiring three Internal Medicine Primary Care Physicians for full‑time practice at our Belltown, Fremont, and OPMC clinics in Seattle.

Position Description

These clinicians will provide primary and urgent care services, engage in teaching, and participate in a collaborative environment linked to the University of Washington School of Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality primary care to patients in Seattle clinics.
• Participate in teaching activities as a UW School of Medicine Clinical Instructor.
• Maintain patient care documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or foreign equivalent with completed residency in Internal Medicine.
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Valid Washington State medical license and DEA certification.

Compensation

Base salary of $18,423 per month ($221,076 per annum) plus a guaranteed incentive program of $13,000 per quarter for the first two years, commensurate with experience and prevailing wage determinations.
