Responsibilities Ensure Educator Preparation Providers (EPPs) adhere to state approval processes in Title 5, Subtitle A, Section 1700 of the DCMR. Verify EPP compliance with all regulatory requirements. Create resources providing clear guidance to EPPs on regulations. Coordinate technical assistance for programs not meeting OSSE standards. Write and review reports from state review visits. Implement the science of reading in teacher preparation programs. Assist in creating or implementing registered teacher apprenticeships. Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience. 11+ years articulating technical terms and complex data clearly to non-technical audiences verbally and in writing. 5+ years leading clinical practices for education degree students. 11+ years with MS Office, MS Project, or other project management software. 11+ years in a university School or College of Education. 5+ years as Dean, Interim Dean, or Associate Dean focused on Education. 2+ years creating or implementing registered teacher apprenticeships. 5+ years developing published resources for educator preparation providers and teacher pipelines. Proficiency in Office 365. Native or bilingual English proficiency. Industry experience required. #J-18808-Ljbffr MDAEdge
