Supervisor

A supervisor oversees operations, financial performance, and people development of multiple restaurants. Key responsibilities include coaching the General Managers, driving profitability, and ensuring that customer service, food quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently met. Supervisors also help the restaurant teams with inventory control, scheduling, maintenance, and compliance of company policies and procedures. The role of the supervisor is crucial in maintaining a positive work environment and helping the restaurant achieve the performance goals.
