Civil Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Civil Litigation Associate in St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3+ years of experience in civil litigation and trial work. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with seasoned attorneys and gain hands‑on experience in state and federal courts across the Midwest. Duties Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants on case preparation. Assist in trial preparation, including evidence and document management. Handle depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Requirements 1 to 3+ years of legal experience. Knowledge of state and federal laws and procedures. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to manage large caseloads and multiple priorities. Excellent negotiation skills. Effective collaboration with corporate professionals. Education Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Active license in Missouri.
