Mammography Technologist | 13-Week Travel Contract
Specialty: Mammography Technologist
Shift: Days, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/week
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend (EOW)
Experience Required: 2+ Years
Charting System: Cerner (Cerner experience required)
Minimum Requirements
ARRT (M) – Mammography
BLS Certification
California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) – Mammography
Minimum 2 years of Mammography experience
Travel experience required
Must have performed 200 mammograms within the past 2 years
Job Duties
Perform screening and diagnostic digital breast tomosynthesis (3D mammography)
Assist the radiologist with stereotactic breast biopsies
Ensure accurate patient positioning and image quality
Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
Department Details
Average Volume: Approximately 15 mammograms per day
EMR/PACS: Cerner & Merge PACS
