Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Lead workers for a logistics and rail operations company in Grand Forks, ND. In this role, you’ll help lead a railcar unloading operation while working alongside a small team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. Lead and support a crew of 4–5 employees during railcar unloading operations

Inspect railcars for damage, defects, and safety concerns

Load and unload freight while following company procedures and safety regulations

Connect and disconnect railcars, including couplers, air hoses, and hand brakes

Assist with railcar movement and switching operations as needed

Conduct safety inspections and report maintenance or repair concerns

Maintain accurate operational records and documentation

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Previous warehouse experience preferred (1+ year)

Previous sit-down forklift experience preferred (1+ year)

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift

Strong attention to safety and operational procedures

Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
