Job Description

The Ultrasound Sonographer will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations to assist in the detection and diagnosis of medical conditions. The candidate must have a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology and be able to maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with patients.

Responsibilities

• Conducting ultrasound examinations according to established protocols.
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Documenting and maintaining accurate patient records and reports.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to review results and maintain patient quality of care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current certification as an Ultrasound Sonographer (ARDMS or equivalent).
• Valid state licensure as required.
• Previous experience in diagnostic imaging preferred.
