This is a **temp-to-hire opportunity** for candidates seeking long-term employment and growth within the company.### Schedule* Monday - Friday* 11:00 PM - 7:15 AM* Overtime required as needed* Must be available to train on 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:15 PM)### Job Responsibilities* Operate a sit-down forklift approximately 98% of the shift.* Supply rolls of wire and other materials to machine operators.* Move, stage, load, and transport materials throughout the facility.* Perform material handling duties within the manufacturing department.* Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.* Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as assigned.### Requirements* Previous sit-down forklift experience required.* Manufacturing and material handling experience preferred.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.* Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.* Must complete a client interview and facility walkthrough.* Steel-toe boots required.### Pre-Employment RequirementsCandidates must successfully complete:* Drug screening* Background check* E-Verify employment authorization verification### Employee Rights NoticeAssociates may report hazards or workplace concerns to the Illinois Department of Labor by calling the Day and Temporary Labor Services Act toll-free hotline at **View phone number on click.appcast.io** or by email at **View email address on click.appcast.io**.### Additional InformationTotal Staffing and QFS do not provide transportation or meals during assignments.
